A. AO Outlet refurbished are previously owned items that have been returned, repaired and restored to like new condition. These appliances undergo a thorough inspection and testing procedure to ensure they meet our own high quality standards.
Q. What do your engineers do?
A. We have a full rework centre for all the returns we receive. Our expert engineers complete a full function test on all electricals. If something fails the test, the engineer will then investigate and fix any faults before restarting the testing process.
Q. How do AO Outlet refurbished items differ to a brand new item?
A. AO Outlet refurbished items are previously owned and reworked to a high standard. While they may show signs of wear the item has passed all our functionality tests.
Q. What type of of testing does AO Outlet refurbished items undergo?
A. AO Outlet refurbished items undergo a comprehensive testing procedure, to ensure the item is in full working order, this includes checks on the electrical system, controls and other critical functions. Any defective parts are replaced during the refurbished process.
Q. What happens after I purchase my item?
A. Once we’ve received payment, we’ll create your order and send it to our couriers on the next working day. Our couriers will then contact you to arrange delivery usually within 48 hours of dispatch and book the delivery on a day that suits you. Please double-check your contact number before sending it over to us. If we’re unable to contact you, we won’t be able to arrange delivery. Q. Can I come view the product?
A. Our items are only available to buy online. But if you’re unsure about your purchase or have any queries, just give us a call on 01270 754947 or message using the ‘contact’ button on our eBay store profile.
Q. Is there a charge for paying with credit card?
A. No. There are no additional charges for paying online by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
Q. How do I confirm my address when paying with eBay managed payments?
A. We can only deliver to confirmed eBay addresses, so please ensure you have one on your account before making a payment. If you want your item delivered to a different address, please message us on the contact seller button on eBay. Please note, PayPal e-cheques can take up to 10 working days to clear.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We’ll aim to have your delivery with you 3-5 working days after it’s confirmed we’ve received payment. To help everything run smoothly, send a contact number with your payment, so we can arrange delivery with you quickly and easily.
Q. Who will deliver my order?
A. Our AO Logistics drivers will drop your order off with you. They’re the same guys who take care of ao.com deliveries too.
Q. Can I register for the manufacturer warranty?
A. No. This item comes with our own 12 month warranty only. The manufacturer warranty will not apply to this appliance.
Q. Does my item come with a manual?
A. No. Whether you’re unsure about a feature or need help installing your appliance, you can find instruction manuals directly on the manufacturer’s website. Sometimes they choose not to include a paper version with your product in favour of online manuals that help to reduce their carbon footprint and waste. Remember, please follow installation instructions carefully, as incorrect installation may void your warranty.
